of alcohol or drugs.
The following are driving behaviors that indicate and manifest that a driver is under the influence of
alcohol or drugs;

1. Weaving or zig-zagging across the road.


2. Driving anywhere other than on a road designated for vehicles.
3. Almost striking an object, curb, or vehicle.
4. Drifting in and out of traffic lanes.
5. Drifting in and out of traffic lanes.
6. Changing lanes without signaling.
7. Ignoring traffic signs.
8. Reckless driving
9. Quick acceleration or deceleration.
10. Driving with headlights off at night
11. Driving into opposing traffic on the wrong side of the road
12. Tailgating
13. Slow response to traffic signals (e.g. sudden stop or delayed start)
14. Straddling the center lane marker
15. Swerving
