This was sub- allocated as 480.8 million and 19.2 million to its Farm-to-Mill Road (FMR) and bridge projects, respectively. Funds under the SIDA are allocated on a pro-rata basis with respect to the sugarcane plantation area of the respective districts. For FY 2023, Cotabato Mill District has an allocation of Php 16,017,363.45. In this regard, SRA is requesting the MDDCs to reprioritize the proposed implementation ready FMRs submitted for funding based on the district's allocation. Proposed FMR projects shall have a minimum length of 500 meters, Exemption shall only apply to Mill Districts with a budget less than the estimated cost for a 500-meter FMR project (IPC Resolution No. 2022-02 on the Minimum length of SIDA FMR projects). Kindly submit the final implementation ready FMR project proposals for funding under GAA 2023, ‘on or before October 5, 2022.
