VISION The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) would have Provided access and opportunities into the formal higher education system to deserving Filipinos who have had prior experiential learning, MISSION The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program(ETEEAP), as an alternative education delivery mode, shall promote access to continuing quality higher education of Filipinos through an effective system of academic equivalency and accreditation of rior learning from relevant work experiences and formal and non-formal training for the individuals' graduation from an academic degree such that they become empowered, self-reliant, economically self-sufficient and Blobally competitive. QUALIFICATIONS OF AN APPLICANT ‘An ETEEAP applicant must be a Filipino citizen and must meet the following qualifications: 1. He/she is at least a high school graduate or must have passes the Philippine Education Placement Test (PEPT). 2. He/she has at least five (5) years of work experience related to the course which he/she is applying; and . He/she is at least 25 years old as Supported by an NSO authenticated bis certificate.
