While I tried to track down the person accused of murdering Flores, there's a clear
pattern that emerges when you look at the court documents that appear online.

In a January 2013 letter from a Miami court records official, the court order asked
for the search warrants, which may or may not have been executed: "Forcible
detention" for an additional six days and "deaths of the family, aunts and nephew."

In an affidavit filed in federal court against Flores, defense lawyers claim the
court will have to consider their motion to dismiss a claim "against an individual
because it cannot be shown that a person could have known that the defendant had a
warrant authorizing the search of its property where he was in the immediate
vicinity of the victims' property or property where he worked."

It wasn't just the letters of intent � the court order was also filled with a
threat that this case will bring up similar charges involving similar property
searches in the future. In one of the more troubling sections of the document, the
order specifically says that "[e]xamples of evidence" will be released but doesn't
cite specific allegations. The order is also listed on a section titled "Families"
that reads "The search warrant requests also seek the extradition of any
individuals charged with any conduct in violation of this section or of federal
