CONTROL FEATURES CHECKLIST

Mileage Performance Feature Specify Company Ratio: ___KM per L

This feature checks miles/km traveled against fuel taken to ensure a minimum level of efficiency.

Time of Day Restriction

Card use may be restricted to a specified time range. Provide approved transaction range using on
vehicle details form

Transaction Frequency
The number of hours permissible between each transaction of a similar type.

Day of Week Restriction

Card use may be restricted to specific days. eg. Monday to Friday

Vendor Restriction

Customer specifies vendor(s) at which vehicles are allowed to access and/or restricted from
accessing service.

Fuel Type Restriction

Customer is able to specify the type/grade fuel to be allowed for each card.

Balance Printing on Receipts

Card balances are printed at the end of each receipt.

Driver ID Validation

Transactions are validated based on pre-approved driver ID codes provided by the client.
The client is required to provide a list of authorised drivers and ID numbers to be used.
