FREE OF CONFLICT MINERALS DECLARATION

We, Golledge Electronics Ltd, are aware of the fact that the mining activities in
Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries (collectively, “DRC
Areas”) and other conflict-affected and high risk areas may be fueling conflicts and
human rights abuses by financing armed groups.

In light of the above, Golledge Electronics Ltd is working with all our relevant suppliers to
ensure that, to the best of our ability and knowledge, our products do not contain either
conflict minerals (specifically tantalum, tin, gold, and tungsten) or cobalt, originating from
DRC Areas or other conflict-affected and high risk areas.

Sourcing Policy
We ask all our relevant suppliers to complete the EICC Conflict Minerals Reporting
Template (CMRT). All have done so.
We will not engage new (potential) suppliers without a complete and current CMRT and
CRT affirming complete absence of conflict minerals and cobalt originating from DRC
Areas or other conflict-affected and high risk areas.

We regularly review the Report Template status of existing suppliers. Declaration of

conflict minerals originating from DRC Areas will result in supplier disqualification.
Suppliers providing CMRTs not showing use of conflict minerals originating from DRC
Areas, but being incomplete or out of date, have their “supplier rating” down-graded. The
supplier rating score influences the choice of supplier for any order, and alternative
suppliers are sought for those with low supplier ratings.
