2. FEES AND PAYMENT TERM

2.1 The Company hereby agrees to pay a monthily fee of Rs. 8,500/- (Rupees Eight thousand Five
Hundred Only) for the services agreed to be performed by the Party (Freelancer) and the said fee
is subject to deduction of TDS, as may be applicable from time to time.

2.4 The Party shall be entitled to incentive or special incentive, as may be announced by the

3. TIME FRAME

3.1 This Engagement will be valid for a period commencing from 31 lanuary 2023 to 31 July 2023

4. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT:

7. INDEMNITY:

charges, proceedings etc. which the Company may suffer or incur due to any of your acts or arising out
of your willful default or gross negligence on your part.

8. ARBITRATION CLAUUSE

All disputes or differences whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the
construction, meaning or operation or effect of this contract/agreement or breach thereof shall be
settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Madras
Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the
