1.2 PASSWORD RECOVERY PROCEDURE

When working on the ECU for the first time, it is necessary to read the protection password in SSM mode.

It is necessary to use both the ANALOG PORT and the DIGITAL PORT of Trasdata.

The password will be automatically saved and used for the connection in open mode.

1.3 CONNECTIONS

1.3.1 DIRECT CONNECTION

 ATTENTION

After making all the connections, connect a stabilized power supply to the New Trasdata and make sure
that the POWER LED (red) is on.

To communicate correctly with the control unit, it is necessary to use the F32GN037C/D cable.

Connect the BOOT and CNF1 pins to the grey and blue wires of the cable F32GN037C/D .

 ATTENTION

For reading and writing operations, it is necessary to make the 3 LINK jumpers between the pads as
displayed in the picture here below.
Remove the LINK jumpers before reinstalling the ECU back into the vehicle.
