● Fibroma: most common soft tissue, no gender or age predilection. Most common in lip
and tongue. Dome-surfaced shape, pink or white
● Pyogenic Granuloma
● TUGSE
● Condyloma

Case 2:

● Blastomycosis
● SCC
● Primary Syphilis

Case 4:
● Reactive Gingival Swelling: This exophytic, ulcerated reddish, sessile and firm gingival
lesion of three weeks duration should make one think of reactive gingival swellings that
include pyogenic granuloma (PG), peripheral giant cell granuloma (PGCG) and peripheral
ossifying fibroma (POF)
o  tend to occur more commonly in females between 10-20 years
of age
● SCC:

Case 5:

● Hypersensitivity to cinnamon
● Candidiasis
● Frictional keratosis
● White sponge nevus

Case 6:

● Herpes simplex virus (Duration too long)


● Behcet’s: 10-40, young males
● Pemphigus Vulgaris

Case 7:
● Peutz-Jegher’s syndrome
● Compound Nevus: brown nodule, anywhere in oral cavity
● Amalgam tattoo: may occur on BM, less likely, blue/black, flat, irregular lesion

Case 8:

● Leukemia
● Gingival hyperplasia
● General periodontitis
● Kaposi’s sarcoma (infectious)
● TB (infectious)
