Affidavit of Truth of John Henry Doe

One, (Your Name), the live Man, statutorily exempt and Citizen of the Republic, (hereinafter
“Affiant”), declares and states that the following facts are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief and of which One has firsthand knowledge of the matters stated herein. One, (Your Name),
is of the age of majority and competent to testify on the matters stated herein. If any man or
woman desires to answer this Affidavit, please do so in the manner of this instrument. By
Notarized Affidavit, point by point as enumerated, using your Christian or family name for
signature and mail to the below named Notary, address provided, within five (10) days or default
will be obtained. Your hand-written signatures only, do not type it out.
This Affidavit of Truth is based on Affiant’s own firsthand knowledge and belief; mark Affiant’s
words;
1) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she is a Natural Born Citizen of
the Republic of (Your State) born (Date of Birth), and is subject only to the Laws
of Nature and Nature’s God as enumerated in the Holy Scriptures in all their forms as
it is revealed to man with their individual level of understanding which promotes
the peace and dignity of all members of society, and respect for the property rights
and lives of all men.

2) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she is not a U.S. citizen and elects the
status as a U.S. National as indicated on UNITED STATES passport applications; all such
travel documents are demanded to be issued to this Affiant reflecting this status as any
other such status would be considered an unconstitutional excess (Ultra Virus) and an
unlawful encroachment upon this Affiants ability to egress on planet earth, of which man is
only a trustee.

3) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he has been deprived of his common law
rights bestowed by the Creator of the Boundless universes through covinous actions of the
UNITED STATES government and their agents in order to submit this sovereign man to
their jurisdiction in order to commit inland privateering and fraudulently prosecute
commercial belli against the corporate created entity JOHN HENRY DOE, under a faulty
declared National Emergency in the capacity of a bankrupt for the purpose of extorting
wealth, money, property and rights under color of law.

4) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that through the principle of novation, in
conjunction with his involuntary nexus with the corporate created entity, has been
inveigled into incurring direct liability for obligations owed to the creditors of the UNITED
STATES and to be liquidated through the use of commercial statutes resulting in the

transference of his private rights to the public for public use in order to pay the national
debt.

5) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that the aforesaid deception has fraudulently
subjected this Affiant to an Admiralty/Equity jurisdiction with proceedings governed by
Administrative Law, whose chief concern is the protection of the public interest and not the
vindication of private rights.

6) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she is not nor has ever been a
“sovereign citizen”, “heathen”, “property”, “object”, “goods”, “thing”, “creature”,
“animal”, “vassal”, “chattel”, “beast”, “res”, “Ens Legis” , “legal fiction” ,
“absconding debtor” , “terrorist” , “anti-government” , “enemy of the state” ,
“accommodating party” , “tax protestor”, “employee of government”, “tax payer”,
“alieni juris”, “ship”, “nexi”, “enemy property”, “ surety”, “servitude”, “bankrupt”,
or any other designation, word of art, or legal term created by government which would
create a presumption of an inferior status vis a vis such government without this Affiant’s
full knowledge of all material facts and express written consent which has never been
given to any government, body politic, agency, or instrumentality.

7) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he is not property of any governmental
entity and cannot be held as surety or collateral for any bankruptcy of the federal or state
government without his permission which has never been given.

8) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she is compos mentis with rectus in
curia of a competent jurisdiction as enumerated under Article III of the organic constitution
for the United States of America which confers the judicial power of this country when it
was established in accordance with that documents strict interpretation.

9) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she is competent to conduct his
commercial affairs within any jurisdiction and has no need of government assistance in any
form.

10) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that this Affiant reserves his natural common
law right not to be compelled to perform under any contract that this Affiant did not enter
into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally; any and all liability associated with any such
compelled or presumed benefits are herein rejected..

11) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she elects to maintain his right to
privacy as enumerated in the organic constitution of the United States of America pursuant
to Article I Section 10 which restrains the public from encroaching on such private rights

absent a compelling public interest or minimum contact.

12) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she has rescinded all benefits and
privileges, contractual, known or unknown, from the corporate UNITED STATES and its
welfare state system created by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1933 which amalgamated this
Affiant to the territorial jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES under the unstated
presumption that this Affiant has elected to have the status of that of a 14th Amendment
U.S. citizen residing within the 10 mile square of Washington D.C. or its territories real or
fictional; resulting in a presumed political status which would subject this Affiant to the
legislative plenary power of Congress pursuant to Article I Section 8 Clause 17 of the
organic constitution for the United States of America.

13) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that any hidden or unrevealed contracts that
supposedly creates an unstated presumption that this Affiant has obligations to perform
under such contracts in the capacity of a subject, are inapplicable to this Affiant, and are
null and “void ab initio" from (Date of Birth); any presumed or actual participation in any
of the benefits associated with such status, this Affiant has done so under threat of legal
violence, duress and coercion, or for lack of any other practical alternative which would
allow this Affiant to conduct his affairs with is fellow Citizens.

14) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she has filed a commercial claim against
ALL his property, personal and real, in the form of a UCC1 filing (UCC Filing#) which
notices all persons, natural or fiction, of this Affiant’s priority interest in ALL of such
property; any claims against this Affiant’s property are junior until this Affiant receives just
compensation in the form of gold or silver for the attachment, seizure, or sequestering of
such property pursuant to Article I Section 10 of the organic constitution of the United
States of America and are null and void absent an affidavit signed by a live man or woman
under penalty of perjury with full commercial liability.

15) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she has placed a lien against ALL of his
property with notice to all interested parties, potential or real, and placed said lien in trust
by agreement with the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States of America in order to
facilitate commerce within the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES; this Affiant has
elected to use negotiable instruments in the form of bills of exchange and promissory notes
as money of account is the only medium of exchange available within that jurisdiction.

16) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms, that this Affiant has elected to honor claims of
the UNITED STATES (Acceptance for Honor), in this Affiant’s private capacity, in order
to assist said corporate fiction with the national debt via setoff of all such claims using the
value of this Affiant’s future labor in the form of a bond (bond#) placed in a private

irrevocable trust with the Secretary of the Treasury (Registered Mail#); any and all such
claims, civil or criminal, will be satisfied in this manner and only in this manner unless this
Affiant expressly agrees otherwise in certified written communication.

17) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that this Affiant herein revokes, rescinds,
and make void ab initio, all powers of attorney, in fact or otherwise, implied in law or
otherwise, signed by this Affiant or his agent, as it pertains to the government
identification number previously assigned to this Affiant, as it pertains to this Affiant’s
birth certificate, or any other licenses or certificates issued by any and all government or
quasi-governmental entities, due to the lack of full disclosure of all material facts by
said agencies to attempt to deprive this Affiant of his private property and status as a
private Citizen of the Republic.

18) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she is not within the potestas of any
other sovereign or sovereignty, and unless this Private American Citizen who exercises
his sovereign rights granted by God Almighty, has not trespassed, injured, deprived, or
in some way infringed upon the property, interest or physical body of another real living
man or woman, I have not comitted a crime; Action non dutur non damnificato.

19) One, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that he/she hereby waives, cancels,
repudiates, and refuses to knowingly accept any alleged benefit or gratuity associated
with any of the aforementioned licenses, numbers, or certificates; this Affiant does
hereby revoke and rescind all powers of attorney, in fact or otherwise, signed by this
Affiant or otherwise, implied in law or otherwise, with or without this Affiant’s consent
or knowledge, as it pertains to any and all property, real or private, corporeal or
incorporeal, obtained in the past, present, or future.

Affiant, John Henry Doe, declares and affirms that all the foregoing is true and correct. I affirm
that I am of lawful age and am competent to make this Affidavit and hereby affixes his own
signature to all the affirmations in this entire document with explicit reservation of all the
Affiant’s unalienable rights and my specific common law right not to be bound by any contract
or obligation which this Affiant has not entered into knowingly, willingly, voluntarily, and
