NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE

This is to certify that the Chingya People Club(CPC) has No Objection to

the setting up of a Brick Factory by M/s. AJM BRICK FIELD in Patta No:274 &
626(old), 58 & 300(new) Covered by C.S. Dag No. 246 & 247 measuring an
area 0.81 acre of Village-107 Yambem Gram Panchayat, Tulihal Mandal,
Imphal East District has been inspected and observed that it has 500 meter
existing road and it is away from River, Lake, Nala to a distance of 500 meters
and no Residential colonies, No Educational/Medical/Religious institutions
exist.

In view of the above it has been resolved that there is NO OBJECTION

for establishment of the M/s. AJM BRICK FIELD for the line of activity Brick
Factory at Patta No:274 & 626(old), 58 & 300(new) Covered by C.S. Dag No.
246 & 247 measuring an area 0.81 acre of Village-107 Yambem Gram
Panchayat, Tulihal Mandal, Imphal East District, Manipur.
