Estefany: Hello! My name is Estefany, what’s your name?

Lourdes: Nice to meet you Estefany, my name is Lourdes

Estefany: Nice to meet you too Lourdes, where are you from?

Lourdes: I’m from Tegucigalpa, I'm taking advantage of the holidays to visit my mother in

Italy.

Estefany: Oh great, I’m going to Rome for work reasons.

Lourdes: What a coincidence, I’m also going to Rome!

Estefany: Although I must admit that I am nervous, I just took a seat and I already want to

get out of the plane.

Lourdes: Why? Are you afraid of heights?

Estefany: It’s not about the heights, it’s about the planes, since I saw some reports of some

failures in some planes, I’ve been getting scared

Lourdes: I understand you, Estefany, but don’t worry, these flights are very safe and the
