ANALYSIS Analysis : Daily patterns by week analysis Friday and Saturday tend to be the busiest days for RGV Bank across all branches. The bank sees the greatest number of customers on Saturday. Even though the bank opens for less hours on Saturday, the data shows a large proportion of customers use the facility on this day. SELF ASSESSMENT ‘The Excel project was quite a challenge for me. | was able to lear how to organize, analyze, interpret, and make conclusions to develop an action plan. Using the pivot charts and graphs, | was able to determine the RGV Bank customer traffic. Using data based by branch, week, day and hour, allowed me to identify where the need was required the most. The visualization charts allow the companies to have a quick view at a glance on how the company can improve. {As | gathered important information from the data, | was able to give recommendations to the ‘company on what areas needed attention. As a result, this information will help the company create a plan of action. As this information is shared with the company’s employees and manager, they will be able to work in their business strategic goals with evidence-based data, ‘As | leamed how to gather and interpret the data, | was able to use statistical thinking for this assignment. It also allowed me to be assertive in my recommendations based off the data evidence, In conclusion, in order for strategic plans to work in every organization, the data should always be looked at first.
