I spent hours searching the internet for information about the value of play with

children. All of the papers I read showed that research and studies show how
important play is for a child's development. Baby Center offers many intriguing
articles on this topic, which is why I selected it for my reflection. It connects play to
how children develop independence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. All of
these abilities are ones that parents may not be aware of while playing with their kids.
This is why nothing should be overlooked when it comes to playing, even if it's
merely a tea party in your living room or caring for a sick teddy bear. Everything, no
matter how mundane it looks to parents, is a stepping stone at that age. The article
describes how a basic please and thank you might emerge when playing "tea party"
and how this is a new ability that they can use later in life. Another intriguing issue in
this essay is the greatest sort of play. It offers many sorts of ways to engage children
based on their age and personality. Floor play is a crucial form. It lowers the adult to
the child's level and helps them grasp things from the child's point of view. Adults
may learn about a child's worldview by watching them play. So it is beneficial not
only to the youngster but also to the adult. It brings everybody together.
