The objectives of this are to strengthen the Filipino culture, values and ideals that are pro-God, pro-people, pro-country and pro-nature and mobilize all Filipinos for nation-building through the practical exercise of human values in daily lives as citizens and to awaken us all to the power of these values in achieving individual and national goals. In consonance with this mandate and Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated September 26, 2017, this division is celebrating the Filipino Values Month this November, 2017 with the theme “Kahinahunan at Katatagan: Tugon sa Makabago at Mapanghamong Panahon”.
