    I couldn't donate blood because the doctor said I wasn't qualified for the reason that I was
    one of the Philippine Red Cross volunteers who were part of the WASAR team when there was a
    flood in our city. Also, after that, there was maintenance medicine that we were given to us
    prevent us from catching leptospirosis. In addition, my blood was iron deficient. I am not able to
    bring a proxy either because most of my relatives are tired that day due to the flood that
    happened the night before the bloodletting. I hope for your kindness and understanding.
