Consult with your physician before taking supplements, especially in higher doses.

There are several B Vitamins that help with fatigue when taken in higher doses.

Thiamine, Vitamin B1
Thiamine is the first high dose vitamin I started in 2014. It's slow but steady energy booster.
Here is an account of how B1 helps fatigue for multiple chronic conditions, and the research behind it
How I Found My Long-Lost Energy

500mg 3x/day. Start at 500mg 1/day for 3 days, then 2/day for 3 days, 3/day thereafter.

There are 8 pilot studies of high dose thiamine for fatigue across different illnesses by Dr Costantini.

The Story Behind the Research of Dr. Costantini

Costantini: the secret lies in a massive dosage of Thiamine

“All the autoimmune diseases have chronic exhaustion as symptom: in 40 to 80% of the
cases: multiple sclerosis, rheumatic diseases, thyroiditis, ulcerative illnesses.”

Parkinson's: "the therapy based on high doses of Vitamin B1 eliminated exhaustion and
the neurological deficit. Of course, beyond a period of 20 or 30 years, it was impossible
to eliminate the disease entirely. However an important part could."
Only use Thiamine HCL

Other high dose vitamins helpful for MS

High dose Biotin, Niacin and Vitamin D3 are also useful for MS in high dose. See separate docs I have on these
supplements, which are posted in the Files section of this Facebook group

The ones listed below are not high dose, but you need a good B complex along with the high dose ones.

Multi-vitamin

You want a multi that has the B-complex, but with methylated B12 and methyl-folate.
This was the best review I could find, explains ingredients, and importance of the methyl form. But all of these
required several pills a day, and cost more than $1 per day.

PureGenomics is only 1 pill per day, costs $0.50/day and always has free shipping and a 10% discount w/
code REFILL10PE. Has the right methyl form of B12 and folate.

B-Complex
You can also take a separate B-complex if you are not taking a multi that has b-complex in it..
Look for these higher quality ingredients:

Vitamin B6 (as pyridioxine HCI, pyridoxal 5-phosphate)

Folate as (6S)-5-Methyltetrafolic acid, glucosamine salt] Quatrefolic

(or any methyl-folate, but avoid regular folate or folic acid)

Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin, not the synethic B12 cyanocobalamin)

Other ingredients do not mater which form they are in, like Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, PABA .

WARNING! If you have Parkinson's and take sinemet or stalevo, do not take more than 25 mg B6, it can deplete
the levodopa. The Thorne brand has the right methyl-folate and methyl-B12 and only 10 mg B6.

Sublingual Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)

This is another good boost when you have an energy slump in the afternoon, ranges in dose amounts
from 1,000 to 5,000 micrograms. This can be taken on top of the B12 in the multi or B complex,
because those are usually only 1000 mcg or less. Check ingredients to make sure they don't use bad
sweeteners like aspartame.

Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 Lemon -- 1000 mcg

Methylcobalamin (B-12) 5000 mcg

Take your multi at breakfast, then take one serving of B-complex after lunch.

Lithium Orotate
Lithium Orotate is not a B Vitamin, but also important for brain health
I've been using Lithium Orotate for 5 years, Many brain health benefits, and mood stabilizer.
This is not the lithium carbonate used for psychiatric illness, this is a nutritional mineral.

1 tablet of 120 mg (~5 mg of elemental) 1 – 3 times per day. - More details
