For this recruitment, a candidate must be either:-

(a) a crtrzen of India,or
(b) a subject of Nepal,or
(c) a subject of Bhutan,or

(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to Inclia before l "Jarnuary , 1962
with the intention of pern-ranently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Bunra,
Sri Lanka, East African countries of I(enya, Uganda, the Unitecl

A candidate who is or has been declared by the Comrnission to be guilty of:

(i) Obtaining support for his candidature by the following n-reans, namely:--
(a) offering illegal gratification to; or

(b) applying pressure on; or

(c) blackmailing, or threatening to blackmail any person connectecl with
the conduct of the exarnination; or
(ii) impersonation; or
(iii) procuring impersonation by any person; or
(iv) submitting fabricated documents or doc nts which have been
tampered with; or
(r) Uploading irrelevant photos in the applicati n forrn in place of actual
photo/signature.

(vi) Making statements which are incorrect or se or suppressing material

information; or
(vii) Resorling to the following means in connec or-r with his candidature
for the examination, namely'-
(a) obtaining copy of question paper through i proper means;
(b) finding out the particulars of the person connected with secrct
work relating to the exatnination;
(c) influencing the examiners; or

(viii) being in possession of or using unfair means urir-rg the exarnination; or

(ir) writing obscene matter or drawing obscen sketches or irrelevant
matter in the scripts; or

(*) misbehaving in the examination hall including tearing of the scripts,

provoking fellow examinees to boycott examination, creating a
disorderly scene and the like; or
(xi) harassing or doing bodily harm to the staff employed by the
Cornmission for the conduct of their exarnination; or
(xii) being in possession of or using any mobile phone, (even in switched
off mode), pager or any electronic equipment or programmable device
or storage media like pen drive, smart watches etc. or camera or
bluetooth devices or any other equiprnent or related accessories either
in working or switched off rnode capable of being used as a
communicatior-r device during the exarnination; or
(xiii) violating any of the instructions issued to candidates along witl-r their
admission certificates permitting them to take tl-re examination; or
(xiv) attempting to commit or, as the case may be, abetting the comn-rission o1'
all or any of the acts specified in the foregoing clauses; rnay in addition
to rendering hirnself liable to crirninal prosecution, be liable :-

77. COITRESPONDENCE, WITH'TIIE COMMISSION:

The Commission will not enter into any correspondence with the candidates
about their candidature except in the following cases:-
i) If a candidate is not able to download his/l-rer e-Adrnit Card or does not
receive any other communication regarding his/her candidatut'e for thc
exatnination well before the comrnenceurent of the exarnination, he/shc

In case no comrlunication is received in the Commission's OfJice from tl-rc
candidate regarding non-receipt of hisiher e-Admit Card well befbre thc

take the examination unless he/she holds an e-Admit Card for thc

iv) Candidates should ensure that the signatures pended by them at all thc
