Sub: Submission of application of Sepoys / Constables for Change of Cadre from one Bn. to other Bn. as per Govt. Notification No. 30941/D&A dtd.13.09.2022 for the year 2023. With reference to the subject cited above it is to intimate that, as per provision laid down in Appendix-A (vide Order 3) of Govt. Notification No. 30941/D&A dtd.13.09,2022 the application for change of cadre of the eligible Sepoys/Constables from one Battalion to another will be considered in the month of January of each calendar year taking into consideration only 10% of the vacancies of the Battalion as on 04.01.2023. As per the provision contained in the above noted Notification the willing Sepoys / Constables of different Battalions those are eligible for cadre change from one Battalion to another Battalion may submit their application in the prescribed format as applicable through Commandents of their Battalion concerned to SAP office for consideration and necessary action. The applications should be routed through the Commandants of the respective Battalions. In View of the above, you ate requested to obtain the application of Sepoys / Constables of your Battalion, who are willing and eligible for change of cadre from one Battalion to another Battalion and forward to this office by 15.02.2023 positively for necessary action. Please ensure that the prescribed Form as applicable are duly filled up properly in terms of Govt. Notification No. 30941/D8A dtd.13.09.2022 with the required information positively. The willing Sepoys / Constables may give their 03 (three) options in order of preference in the enclosed Proforma for consideration of their Change of Cadre to other Bns. 36The Commandants should forward the applications of the Sepoys / Constables along with the forms (Annexure-I). While recommending, the Commandant should specifically mention regarding Adhoc Sepoys/ Constables & the date of regularisation. The number of years of service completed should be counted from the date of regularisation. All the Nomination Rolls should also be sent in a tabular format in Excel sheet (Format enclosed as Annexure-II) and the same should be properly acknowledged by the Commandants.
