The objectives of this activity are: a. Aligned the AIP 2023 with the E-SIP and BE-LCRP; b. Defined the activities and indicators of the activities, and cc. Completed the AIP 2023 3. Participants to this activity shall be the all School Heads, all AO Il assigned at the districts, and ADAS II assigned at the schools. 4. All School Heads are directed to bring a copy of their draft AIP 2023, PPMP 2023, Work and Financial Plan detailing the tasks to be done under each project and activity in the AIP and BE-LCRP for finalization. 5. All participants shall present his completed AIP and PPMP 2023, which he/she shall finish during the activity with the help of the AOs and ADAS, for quality assurance and technical assistance and eventually approval of the Schools Division Superintendent. 6. 1 meal and 2 snacks shall be served to the participants during the conduct of the activity. Meals and snacks for Division Office participants and of the AO Ils and ADAS shall charged to Division MOOE while meals and snacks for the School Heads shall be charged to school MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 7.
