You need:
 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger or ginger

powder
 4-5 tablespoons of body lotion

 a plastic wrap

 a towel

 an elastic bandage

Directions:
Soak a towel in warm water and wrap it around the
area where you want to apply the ginger compress.
Leave it on for 5 minutes. It will open up the pores.
Then, mix the ginger with the body lotion and apply it
on the affected area.
Use the plastic wrap to wrap the area a few times and
place the elastic bandage over the plastic wrap. Leave
the compress on for at least 6 hours. For the best
results, apply it before you go to sleep and remove it
when you wake up in the morning.
Don’t worry if you experience tingling at the
