Overview Description:

Pastillas - an integral part of food culture, and one of the favorite sweet delicacies
or desserts among Filipino.

Ingredients/ Construction Component:

* 2 cups powdered milk

* 1 can condensed milk

* 1/2 cup granulated sugar

* 1 tsp lime zest

* 1 tbsp butter
Procedure:

1.) In a bowl, pour-in the condensed milk and add in the powdered milk. Mix until
well incorporated.

2.) Add in the butter and the lime zest. Mix with the other ingredients until a
dough like texture is formed.

3.) Scoop part ( 1tsp to 1 tbsp) of the mixture and roll it with your hands to form a
different shape.

4.) In a plate add in the sugar. Transfer the pastillas on the plate and coat it all
over with sugar. Serve it and enjoy!
