Overview
CenaThe GBL Construction Solutions is supervising the construction of a two-story
commercial building located at Maximilian St. Riverdale, Dallas County, Texas 75001
The team is in the process of checking the quality of the electrical and
heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) systems of the building. Despite the tight
project schedule, the team noticed that the HVAC contractor failed to adhere to
certain quality standards, hence the issuance of a non-conformance report.
Problem
After a comprehensive inspection of the HVAC system, the Quality Control Director
reported that the registers, drills, and diffusers are incompatible with the wall and
ceiling systems. The HVAC contractor wasn't able to comply with the minimum
quality standards set by the client and the standard safety protocols ordered by the
local authorities.
