[GBL Construction Solutions] NON-CONFORMANCE REPORT Prepared by [Esmeralda Thomas] [esmeralda@gblconstruction.com] September 25, 2080 Overview Cena The GBL Construction Solutions is supervising the construction of a two-story commercial building located at Maximilian St. Riverdale, Dallas County, Texas 75001 The team is in the process of checking the quality of the electrical and heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) systems of the building. Despite the tight project schedule, the team noticed that the HVAC contractor failed to adhere to certain quality standards, hence the issuance of a non-conformance report. Problem After a comprehensive inspection of the HVAC system, the Quality Control Director reported that the registers, drills, and diffusers are incompatible with the wall and ceiling systems. The HVAC contractor wasn't able to comply with the minimum quality standards set by the client and the standard safety protocols ordered by the local authorities. The Project Manager called the attention of the HVAC contractor to remind the latter of its obligations under the terms of the subcontracting agreement.
