improving your body in making it physically fit. You can make any task in a longer period of
time and you do not easily get tired. Improving your body is a great choice because you do not
easily get an injury or illness. Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation and
reduce your risk of heart diseases. If you’re not doing any physical activity and exercise your
muscles weaken and even simple task will be difficult. By doing physical activity and exercise
not only change your body, it changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood.
