《尋找英語電視主持》活動
條款及細則
1. 香港電台為是次英語主持及採訪記者招募的主辦機構。任何⼈⼠報名參加是次活動，即代表確認已閱讀並同意本條款及細則，並將受其約束
及遵守其內容。
2. 參加者必須是香港居⺠，並且可以在香港⼯作。
3. 參加者必須年滿15歲或以上﹝2023年12⽉31⽇或之前﹞。
4. 參加者須保證所提交之資料為真實且正確，不得冒⽤他⼈資料或冒名頂替參加。如有不實、不正確的資料，或被檢舉證實者，將被取消參加
資格。如對主辦機構或其他⼈帶來損失，該參加者須負上⼀切相關責任。
5. 參賽者不得上傳或散佈違反法律之影⽚、⽂字與圖檔。凡違反者，主辦單位除有權取消其參賽資格外，參賽者當事⼈亦⾃負法律責任。
6. 參賽者有責任確保所有影⾳內容均為原創，如包含有關複製他⼈的版權及資料，須先取得版權擁有⼈書⾯同意。
7. 參加者同意短⽚屬主辦機構版權所有，並有權編輯、修改或使⽤短⽚任何內容或其任何部分。參加短⽚⼀經選⽤，上述授權將屬永久有效，
其他條款不變。
8. 逾時提交的作品，將不獲考慮。
9. 有關參加者的個⼈資料可⽤於是次活動的⼀切相關活動及⾏政⽤途。
10. 主辦機構保留隨時修訂參加規則的權利，毋須事先通知。
11. 香港電台對上述評審及其他相關活動的安排擁有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。

“In Search of Presenters for English Programme” Contest Terms and Conditions

1. The event is organized by Radio Television Hong Kong. By participating in the event, the participants acknowledge and agree
to comply with the terms and conditions.
2. Participants must be Hong Kong residents, and have working permission in Hong Kong.
