ACTIVITY: REFLECTION PAPER ON ROLES OF A MANAGER AND BLIND SQUARE

GAME

This game was indeed challenging than I had initially thought. It is a game where we

were given a material, such as rope. Everyone in our group has their own opinion about

the development of the blind square game, and to complete this activity, all my group

members has to do is to form the rope into the shape of a perfect square. You will have

15 minutes planning time, during which no one may touch the rope. At the end of this

time, everyone will be blindfolded and the rope will be placed in your hands. You will have

10 minutes to form the square.

All the team members must be holding the rope. Once you think that the square is

complete, lay the rope on the floor. The lesson that I got on this activity is that we got to

work on our collaborative skills as we were required to work as a team. The purpose of

this activity is that it emphasize group communication.
