Mandatory Requirements for Airport Check In for Evacuation Flights

1. Air India Check In counters will open in San Francisco International Airport,
International Terminal at 1800 hours.

2. All passengers are required to adhere to social distancing and mandatory face
covering guidelines in place.

3. Thermal screening of all passengers will be done before they reach the check in
counters.

4. Passengers requiring a wheelchair are required to request them while making the
booking.

5. Only vegetarian meals will be provided on board the flight. No hot beverages
(tea/coffee) will be served.

6. Self-declaration form to be downloaded and brought to the airport.

7. Undertaking on Risk of Travel and Quarantine cost to be signed by the passenger

8. Undertaking on Deportation charges to be signed by passenger

10. Only one person per family may accompany the passenger for drop off at the
airport.

11. After collecting the boarding cards, it’s imperative that passengers immediately
clear security and proceed to the gate number mentioned on your boarding card.

12. Only one piece of hand baggage not weighing more than 7 Kgs will be permitted.
Separate laptop bag is not allowed.
 Indemnity - Quarantine Cost & Deportation Charges

I undertake this journey at my own risk of contracting any disease including COVID-19
and Air India will not be liable for any costs incurred or damages suffered upon, either
direct or indirect, as a result of or incidental to such illness and I release Air India from
any liability of any kind arising there from. I shall follow Quarantine and / or any other
instructions as prescribed by health authorities, at prescribed location, at my own cost
on arrival at destination (14 days as prescribed currently)

I also undertake to bear the entire cost of deportation including penalties if any levied
on Air India, the cost of return air fare in case I am refused admittance on arrival at the
destination country.
