Why do children
need to eat, and
stay healthy?

Children need to eat healthy food because it will


affect their growth. So, children should eat fruits,
vegetables cause they contain minerals, vitamins, and
fiber. Besides that, they should eat meat and dairy to
have more calcium and proteins. They need to
combine eating healthy and staying healthy, so they
need to drink water and do exercise. If children eat a
lot of fast food, are lazy at doing exercise, and play
outdoors, they will fat and have fatty blood diseases,
get bad health
