Role: IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monitoring system/network performance and implementing solutions and/or make changes to
improve their efficiency and reliability.
2. Implementing network security measures such as Firewall, SIEM, IDS/IPS and access
controls.
3. Perform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the organisation’s IT Infrastructure.
4. Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry
standards and regulations.
5. Provide support and drive the adoption and users’ competencies of the overall Microsoft 365
services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, Stream, Lists and Forms.
6. Provide on-site or remote support to end-users for any IT-related issues.
7. Create training and/or supporting IT materials to ensure consistency in how technology is
used within the organisation and to reduce users’ learning curve.
