THE CONDUCIVE STUDY OF MAJA BLANCA

“Healthy Food Makes You Good”

Rationale

Maja Blanca, a dessert that translates from Spanish as "while

delicacy," has gained popularity in the Philippines and is frequently

presented at gatherings. In essence, it is pudding made with coconut

milk that has been sweetened with sugar or cornstarch slurries. It

tastes delicate. It has long been regarded as one of the best Filipino

desserts. This is typically made available for consumption before and

after meals, as well as on important occasions like birthdays and

fiestas. As a result, one of the many dessert varieties that evolved in

Spain was influenced by Spain. Maja Blanca, according to De Guzman

(2016), was a true phenomenon that we Filipinos promoted and

emulated. A popular

dish in the Philippines is called Maja Blanca, which translates from Spa

nish as "while delicacy."

At gatherings, that is commonly presented. It is essentially coco

nut milk pudding that has been sweetened with sugar or slurries derive

d from cornstarch. A dish called Maja Blanca has the soft, smooth, and

creamy consistency of thick gelatin. It is purple.

The flavor is subtle. It's been considered for a while as one of the best
Filipino sweets.

As a result, Spain had an influence on one of the various dessert kinds

that developed in Spain. According to De Guzman (2016), Maja Blanca

was a genuine phenomenon.

Maja Blanca, also referred to as Jolina 2020, is a traditional Filipi

no dessert made with coconut milk, cornstarch, and sugar. The ingredi

ents for this delectable dessert, also known as coconut pudding, are ea

sily accessible in shops and are quick and easy to create. Many people

are unaware that the original Maja Blanca

recipe didn't include milk or maize. This supper was smoothed out and

given more flavor by the addition of condensed milk and whole

sweet corn kernels.

This recipe for Ube Maja Blanca, a traditional coconut pudding

from the Philippines, benefits greatly from the addition of ube (purple

yam). It's a delectable dessert that is velvety, smooth, and creamy,

making it ideal for the holidays or any special event! I was able to

make a delightful kakanin (dessert) that mixed ube, maize, and also

known as maja de ube, to the ingredients in this recipe for Ube Maja

Blanca, The fact that it is so ridiculously simple to make makes this

light, sweet, and refreshing pleasure a great dessert meal for

beginners, according to Dizon 2016.

Objectives

The following are the main objectives of Ube Maja

Blanca’s effectiveness:

a) To be able to describe Maja Blanca’s production method.

b) To determine what consumers want and deliver it.

c) With the purpose of gaining access to business resources, the w
orking population, and other sources.
Methodology

Between October and November, the study was carried out in

Barangay Balasiao, Kiblawan, and Davao del Sur. The interview also

takes place there. In order to evaluate the sample treatments and

determine the market's preferred variety, 15 respondents were

surveyed after they had tried the Maja Blanca product during its three

cooking sessions.

An interview is described as "an arranged discourse in which the

comments of one person are the emphasis" (Jamshed, Shazia

September 2014). In everyday speech, a "interview" is a one-on-one

conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee.

Ingredients:

Coconut milk in 4 glasses

granulated sugar, 1/4 cup

one cup of ube condensed milk

One peanut gram

Cornstarch, 1/4 cup

165 grams of Eden Crushed

Procedure:

Step 1:

Crushed peanuts, sugar, and Ube condensed milk are added after the
coconut milk has been poured into a pot and heated while being stirred
to a boil. To make sure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed,
stir the mixture once more. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 2:

Milk should be used to thin down cornstarch. Before adding the

mixture to the pot, give it a good stir. Cook while stirring until the
mixture reaches the desired thickness.

Step 3:

Put some Eden cheese on your completed product.
