 Decide on the services that your school will offer (complete high school,
junior high only, senior high only)
 Make sure that the school proposal is feasible and realistic
 Benchmark on other schools or use DEPED guidelines in crafting your
proposals
 Be ready to defend your school

SCHOOL NAME AND HISTORY

 Write about the name of the school you propose.

Explain why it has been named as such and narrate how
the school was conceive through a brief school history.
 Write a description of the school and what are the
services it offers
SCHOOL VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND PHILOSOPHY

 Craft a school vision, mission, goals and

philosophy
 Make sure that all are aligned and parallel
SCHOOL LOGO

 Design a school logo and explain the symbols

used in the logo
SCHOOL LOCATION (SITE PLAN, BLDG PERSPECTIVE)

 Provide a photo of the school location

 Write a description of the location and the community
 Make a perspective of the entire school
CURRICULUM

 Decide the curriculum of the school

 What are grade levels offered
 What subjects are taught
 What topics are taught in each subject per quarter
 What is the medium of instruction
 What are the instructional materials used
 What teaching methods are used
 What assessment procedures are used
 Make sure the curriculum is aligned with the VMGP of the school
 Provide a class schedule for the proposed sections and classes

 Who are the personnel in school

 Include their qualifications and skills
 Include an organizational chart
SCHOOL FACILITIES (FLOOR PLAN)

 What are the facilities provided by the school

 Provide a photo and description
 Provide floor plans of the classrooms

 What policies are imposed in school

 How are students admitted
 How are students retained
 How are students dismissed
 How are students disciplined
 How are students rewarded and recognized
 Rules and sanctions on misbehaviors and misconduct

 How will the school finance its operation

 Include the financial resources of the school (tuition and other
fees)
 Include the school expenses (employees’ salaries and other
school dues)
