Respected Sir,

1. It is stated that, I was given the responsibility of look after charge of the Principal

Scientist (Cotton) BPS-19 at Cotton Research Station, Vehari.

2. Sir, I am a permanent patient of Depression, Diabetics, Asthma and Blood

Pressure I cannot work at vehari. My one little daughter is also a psychiatric patient, who

requires my complete attention and cannot live without me.

3. Hence, my orders of look after charge of the Principal Scientist (Cotton) BPS-19

at Cotton Research Station, Vehari may kindly be cancelled. Thanking in anticipation.
