Bayog, Barangay Secretary of Barangay Dujali, this municipality, respectfully forwarding to the Sangguniang Bayan thru Ms. Juliet Evangelista-Daanton, Secretary to the Sanggunian, Barangay Ordinance No. 1 series of 2017 otherwise known as Ordinance adopting the Official Seal of the Barangay Dujali, Braulio E. Dujali, Davao del Norte and for other purposes, for review and confirmation; WHEREAS, last July 5, 2017 the Committee on Ordinances and Resolutions to which this item was referred for study, convened to discuss and deliberate the merits of the said matter and thereafter recommended to confirm the Barangay Ordinance No. 1 series of 2017 of Barangay Dujali known as the Ordinance adopting the official seal of the Barangay Dujali, Braulio E. Dujali, Davao del Norte and for other purposes; WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Atty. Yasr V.
