Those who are in the regular service of the High Court and having a degree in any discipline awarded or recognised by any of the universities in Kerala, other than LLB degree, are eligible to apply. Candidates who have not already registered online can register their details in the website www.hckrecruitment.nic.in. 3. The fees for each paper is ¥ 150/-. The scheme of the examination containing the detailed syllabus is available at the recruitment portal of the High Court of Kerala www.hckrecruitment.nic.in . Online application has two parts: STEP- | and STEP - Il. A candidate's online application is complete only if he/she completes both the STEPs and the "FINAL SUBMISSION’ and ‘FEE PAYMENT’ options available in STEP — II process STEP-| is the Registration for new candidates / candidates who have applied for Judicial Test (Higher) through offline process before the online application process is come into effect. In the Registration part, the candidates have to enter the details such as Name, Designation, Date of Birth, Sex,Employment type, Section, e-mail id, Mobile no. etc. After registration, the candidates have to login STEP-II with Application Number and key number and upload their photograph and signature Next, the candidates have to select the papers for which they wish to apply. After completing the Application Part the candidate must submit the application by clicking the link ‘Final Submission’ and then click the ‘Proceed’ button. The process of Application will be complete only after payment of fees. There is no need for fee validation in the STEP-Il. 5. The candidates who have already registered online have to login using their Application Number and Key Number and select the papers for which they whish to apply. Their application is complete only when he/she completes Fee payment after making Final Submission. An already registered candidate should not register again and doing the same will result in invalidation of the candidature. 6. The application fee can be paid through online mode(Debit Card/Credit Card / Net Banking) or offline mode(Cash payment at the branches of the State Bank of India using the system generated fee payment challan.).Fee payment by either mode can be done only after the final submission of application. The candidate should ensure that the web browser used by them is compatible to that of the Bank to make hassle free payment of application fee. 7.Payment through offline mode can be made only after the last date fixed for closure of Step - | process. The challan for offline mode of fee payment can be downloaded from fee payment page available in the profile of the candidate till the date fixed for closure of Step- Il process. After that date , the system generated challan will not be available.So,candidates should ensure that the chalian is downloaded on or before the date fixed for closure of Step- Il process. Making use of this challan, the candidate can pay the examination fee in cash at any branch of the State Bank of India. The bank will not accept any other challan / form for the payment of fees 8. Online payment can be made from the date of commencement of Step | & Step II processes.For making online payment of application fee,the candidate should click the link 'Fee Payment’ available in the profile of the candidate and follow the instructions on the screen. 9. The schedule for online application is as follows Date of commencement of STEP-| &STEP-Ii Processes and remittance of application fee through online mode 26.04.2019 Date of closure of STEP-1 Process 08.05.2019 Date of commencement of remittance of application fee through offline mode * Those candidates who wish to pay the application fee through offline mode 09.05.2019 ‘should download the challan on or before the last date fixed for closure of Step I process (ie; 14.05.2019) Date of closure of Step-lI process and last date for remittance of — application fee through online mode. 14.05.2019 : oo j The last date for remittance of application fee through offline mode. 18.05.2019 10 Before applying online, the candidate should be ready with a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the link “Guidelines for Photograph & Signature” in the website.Candidates should take care to upload good quality photographs. Otherwise it would be difficult to identify the candidate from the photograph on the Admission Ticket. If the candidate cannot be identified from the photograph printed on the Admission Ticket, he/she will not be allowed to write the examination 11. Candidates are advised to have a valid Mobile Number/valid personal e-mail ID till the examination process is over. Information related to the examination needs to be communicated through SMS/e-mail at each stage . In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. 12, Towards the end of Registration in STEP-1, the candidate will be asked to generate a Key Number. The Key Number should contain eight characters with at least one upper case letter (A,B,C....), one lower case letter (a,b.c,...), one digit (0,1,2,3,...) and one special character (| @#$%**()-+{}; : <. >). The candidate is advised to note down the Key Number and to keep it securely since it is required to be entered each time helshe logs in to the system. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention Key Number with/to any other person. On completion of the Registration, the candidate will be assigned an Application Number which will be displayed on the screen and intimated to the candidates through SMS/e-mail 13.The candidates have to download the Admission Tickets for examination from the website.
