Notification of even No. dated }2.07.2017. -00000- Pursuant to the Notification third cited above, the orovisionaily selected candidates for the post of Upper Division Clerk are hereby instructed to appear for certificate verification, as per the schedule indicated egainst their names in the Annexure, with the following original Certificates along with a set of self attested Photostat copies of the same:- 1. Certificate in proof of age (Birth Certificate / Beard Certificate); 2. Certificate in proof of Educational Qualification; 3, Nativity / Residence Certificate (issued by an Officer of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Menagement not below the rank of Deputy Tahsildar. The certificate should have been issued within one year from the date of notification of results of this recruitment test); 4. Community Certificate (obtained in the prescribed form issued by an officer of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management not below the rank of Deputy Tahsildar. The certificate should have been issued within one year from the date of notification of results of this recruitment test); 5. Certificate issued by the District. © Medical Board, Puducherry/Karaikal in case of Differently-Abled (PH) Persons. 2. No T.A will be paid for the certificate verification. 3. In-service candidates should obtain the service certificate from the Head of Department / Office indicating his/her Name/Designation/Ecucation Qualification/ Date of Initial Appointment with name of post/category to vihich he/she belongs to etc., in support of his/her claim. 4.
