PERSONAL DATA – Name, Address, Mobile, Email, LinkedIn, Family/Partner at IESE, Disability, Photo,
Passport

TEST SCORES – GMAT/GRE score – best score if taken multiple times, attach score card. English test
– exempt if you are a native English speaker or your uni degree was entirely in English or in an
English-speaking country

EDUCATION – Upload a) Transcript of grades for all colleges and/or universities attended b) Diploma
copy. Add language proficiencies.

WORK EXPERIENCE – CV, LinkedIn, Details of all employers, Reasons for leaving jobs, Post-MBA
preference of industry and functional area

OTHER INFORMATION – Preference for 15 month program over 19 months, interest in professional
clubs, other schools applied to

ESSAY QUESTIONS –

1. Tell us about a time that you created impact on an individual, company or community? What
did you learn from it? (word limit 300 max)
2. What are your short-term and mid-term post-MBA goals? How will the IESE MBA program
help you achieve them? (word limit 300 max)
3. OPTIONAL - What would you like to highlight about yourself or your journey which may have
not been captured in your application? (word limit 300 max)

RECOMMENDATIONS – 1 REQUIRED, CAN SUBMIT UPTO 3 – Send invite to referees over email.
They will have to answer the following questions –

1. How do the candidate's performance, potential, or personal qualities compare to those of

other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples. (300
words)
2. Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the
applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant's response. (250 words)
