HEAT MAP

What is HeatMap?

Our Heat Map shows how you are feeling as a part of Endava. The feedback this tool provides is
important as it measures satisfaction levels according to certain criteria. These results will make it
possible to work on those aspects that need to be improved, should there be any.

When do I need to complete my Heat Map?

The survey is sent twice a year.

How do I complete my Heat Map?

1- You will receive an e-mail from People Development with a link to a very easy and fast-to-
complete form.
2- You will have one week to send your answers.
3- After that week, you may receive a reminder for those who have not completed the survey yet.
4- The process will finish at the end of the second week, so make sure to complete your survey on
time!
5- Optional: if you would like, you may send a copy of your answers to you Career Coach and
schedule a 1:1 meeting to review any aspects you consider relevant.

Heat Map and Career Coaches

It is very important that the Career Coach knows and is aware of how the Coachee is feeling during the
different stage of their lifecycle at Endava. Career Coaches who do not have this information may find
difficulties in accompanying their Coachees in their career path.

Heat Map instances are ideal to catch up, surveying satisfaction levels, motivation, and interests, and
detecting improvement areas. For Career Coaches, this is a great opportunity to gather feedback
biannually from the Endavan we are accompanying in their career development path.

Please remember that although we recommend this instance, it is 100% optional.
