 From the result of the interview, the students will have to answer these questions:

What are the similarities and differences among the three (3) three information systems
used by the interviewees?

 The similarities among the three person that I interview is they have the same
problem they encounter when the internet connection running to slow. The one
difference that I noticed is the person one work without scripting while the person
3 work with script as a call center agent. They have lot of differences because
they work in different workplace.

Propose solutions to the problem encountered by the interviewees in using the

information system.

 The solution that I propose to the problem encountered by the interviewees is to

have a patience when the internet interrupts in the workplace and ask to the
manager, to have a two-network provider when the other one will interrupt.
