INGREDIENTS:
10 pcs of ripe Bananas (SABA)
¼ bar Cheese (EDEN)
4pcs Flop top candy
1 ½ cup All purpose flour
2 Egg
70 g Bread crumbs
½ sachet Condensed milk
Cooking Oil

PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Wash properly and boil the saba.
Step 2: After boiling it, remove the water and let it cool.
Step 3: Peel the saba then place in a large bowl and smash it using fork.
Step 4: Add the all purpose flour and knead it then set aside.
Step 5: Beat some eggs and cut into small pieces the cheese and the flat tops candy.
Step 6: take enough mashed Saba to make a ball then flat it in your palm.
Step 7: Add some cheese or flat tops candy and round it well then dip it on the beaten egg
and roll it on bread crumbs.
Step 8: Put a frying pan on the stove and let it heat, after heating the pan put some cooking
oil.
Step 9: Use tong to put the mashed Saba that has been dipped in egg and rolled in bread
crumbs to the frying pan, then wait until its golden brown.
Step 10: After it turns out a golden brown, use tong to get banana balls and put it in the
strainer to drain the cooking oil.
Step 11: Place it into a plate and drizzle it using a condensed milk.
PRICE:
CAPITAL: 500 PESOS
PRODUCT COST: 1 pc for 15 pesos
2 pcs for 25 pesos
PROFIT: Assume that we can make 50 pcs of Banana balls and 15 pesos per piece, we can
make a profit of 250 Pesos. Otherwise, if we assume that we can make 50 pcs of Banana
balls and 25 pesos per 2 pcs, we can make a profit of 125 pesos.
