Reminiscence of the past

That day my broken soul said "I'm sorry".
My voice softly spoke an apology.
Eagerly looking for my sole mistake.
Here I knew my entire world was at stake.

Words cannot measure how deep was the pain.

Now there are tears pouring heavy like rain.
Many things in life I seem to regret.
Seeing just you, makes it hard to forget.

The life I played is full of red sorrow.

There's nothing but dried tears for tomorrow.
I wouldn't see you even for a while.
But my last wish is witnessing your smile.

I am a person with a pure glass heart.

I longed that I could rewind to the start.
I want to fix what was worst of the past.
The golden bond that I wish that would last.
