ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT – 1

1. By way of instituting the present suit, the plaintiff has prayed for
permanent injunction against the defendants.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has, however, adduced a withdraw
pursis stating therein that the plaintiff does not want to proceed with
the suit any further and he may be permitted to withdraw the suit
unconditionally.

3. Having perused the withdraw pursis tendered by the plaintiff, this Court
passes the following order :

:: ORDER ::
1. The present suit of the plaintiff is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
2. The Court Fee be refunded to the plaintiff as admissible under the
law.
Order pronounced today in the open court during the
National Lok Adalat on this 12th Day of November, 2022.
