Yours faithfully, 69> Additional Secret ‘to Government.OREDA’s end-to-end E-Mobility EV fleet Services Roles & Responsibilities of Beneficiary Beneficiary Department: * Beneficiary department to give their consent for availing EV fleet service from OREDA Beneficiary department to provide details of their vehicle requirement Share required information for data room preparation . . . . Total number and type of vehicles required by the beneficiary departments Details of availability of space for installation of charging station Indicative average running of vehicle Indicative number of operating days Beneficiary department will allocate space for installation of charging station and parking of EVs. Secure a separate connection from DISCOM for providing supply to EV charging stations. Maintain a logbook to record the daily running of vehicles. Timely payment to OREDA against the presented monthly invoice. Beneficiary Department shall be responsible for Toll Tax, Parking Charges, etc, wherever charged Go Electric, Go GreenRESCO Model for Rooftop Solar System Roles & Responsibilities of Beneficiary Beneficiary Department: * Beneficiary department to provide consent for installations of project under RESCO program: + Beneficiary department to share following required data set with OREDA for carrying out feasible capacity estimation * List of available sites and their dimension + Location & address of the sites + Electricity bills for last 12 months * Site photograph + Contact person details + Provide support in site inspection by OREDA / RESCO Developer + Provide payment security to developer as per PPA + Letter of Credit (proposed 300% of average monthly bill) * Letter of consent by beneficiary department for timely payment of monthly bill to beneficiary department. Beneficiary to sign PPA for procurement of solar energy as per the term of the PPA. “+ Beneficiary department to provide access to sites for installation. ‘+ Beneficiary department shall ensure safety and security of assets and manpower. Beneficiary entity shall avoid tampering with the RTS system installed in their premises * Beneficiary departments will sign net metering agreement and facilitate net metering through DISCOM. Beneficiary departments will ensure timely payments against the monthly bills raised by RESCO developers for the solar energy generated by the rooftop solar projects + Beneficiary department has to make budgetary provision for payment of transaction fee, which is 3% of the total project cost of the installed RTS system in their premises.
