This is to formally notify you that start immediately, we will be implementing our new policy to require
to deduct, write in connection with my intent to change the tax type applicable from tax ZERO RATED to
VAT To ensure that the information reflected therein complies with the existing rules and regulations of
the BIR. This letter is to formally inform you that we will be implementing our new policy to required
that the vat laws of the jurisdiction where a taxable transaction for vat purposes is deemed

shall only be required to paid with a valid Vat invoices Unfortunately this does mean we
have registered vat and as you know that means we will have to add vat to our invoices
