It is enrolment and no authority has been referred to as and the name of Board of Revenue who was hearing the appeals to the orders passed by the District Authority in the State as also not mentioned as such in the rule. The Revenue to the Board of Transport Commissioner, Madras Authority appeals under the under the Petroleum Rules, 1976, can, therefore be heard and disposed of by the Transport 2.
