1- LABOR LAW(Derecho laboral)

• Labor law is a branch of law where the legal principles and rules are aimed at the
protection of human work carried out freely, on behalf of others, in a relationship of
dependence and in exchange for a consideration.

2- WORK CONTRACT(Contrato de trabajo)


• An employment contract is an agreement between an employer and a worker
whereby the latter undertakes to provide certain services on behalf of the employer
and under his direction, in exchange for remuneration.

3- WORKING DAY(Dia de trabajo)

4- SALARY(Sueldo)

• Probation is the permission that can be granted to a person deprived of liberty

the last part of the sentence to which he was sentenced.

8- SOCIAL SECURITY(Seguridad social)


• Social security is the protection that a society provides to individuals and
households to ensure access to medical care and guarantee income security,
particularly in the event of old age, unemployment, illness, disability, work
accidents, maternity or loss of breadwinner.

9- UNEMPLOYMENT(Desempleo)
• Legal situations of unemployment are the causes for which the employment
relationship ends or is suspended that do not depend on the will of the worker.
10- COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT(Convenio colectivo)
• The collective agreement is an agreement in which the obligations and rights
between workers and employers are established. The collective agreement is an
agreement on working conditions that is established after negotiation between
employers and worker representatives.
