Subject: Request for Internship

Dear Sir/Madam,

COMSATS University Islamabad offers 4-years BS Psychology Program since 2013. As

a partial fulfilment of degree, the students of final term are required to perform 02 credit hours
internship during the ongoing semester which should be completed within 06-08 weeks. The
students are required to complete the following tasks in educational/clinical/organizational
setting.
i. Detailed case history taking
ii. Perform psychological assessment (Formal and Informal)
iii. Provide tentative diagnosis/identify problems.
iv. Suggest therapeutic interventions/recommendations for improvement.

After the completion of the internship, the students are required to submit a written report
to the department for evaluation. It is therefore requested that our student Ayman Akbar (Reg #
SP20-BPY-019) may kindly be allowed an internship place in your prestigious institution. Your
consideration will be helpful for the student to gain practical experience.
