Mikve Meditation for Shavuot

(based on The Ari & Ben Ish Chay)

‫לשם יחוד קודשא בריך הוא ושכינתיה )יאהדונהי( בדחילו ורחימו )יאההויהה( ורחימו ודחילו )איההיוהה( ליחדא שם‬
‫ הנה אנכי מכין עצמי להיות מן השושבינין דמטרוניתא‬,‫יוד קי בואו קי )יהוה( ביחודא שלים בשם כל ישראל‬
‫ בעת הנקרא‬,‫ והנני בא עתה באשמורת הבוקר של יום חג השבועות‬,‫ רחל עקרת הבית‬,‫מלכתא קדישא‬
‫ לתקן את שרש טבילה זו במקום עליון להמשיך טהרה וטבילה מן כתר‬.‫ לטבול במקוה‬,‫אילת השחר‬
‫ "וזרקתי עליכם מים טהורים" והריני מוכן‬:‫ ככתוב‬,‫ הנמשך בלילה הזאת והוא הנקרא שער החמישים‬,‫עליון‬
‫ ועוד הריני מוכן לטבול טבילה‬,‫לטבול ארבע הטבילות כנגד ארבע אותיות השם ברוך הוא בניקוד קמץ‬

We immerse ourselves in the early morning (a time that is called – Ayelet HaShachar) of Shavuot and meditate to be of
the Entourage (Shushvin) of the holy-queen-bride (Matronita Malketa Kadisha), Rachel-Akeret Habayit and to receive
additional holiness from the aspect of Keter of Zeir Anpin and to draw one illumination in the secret of the upper
Mikve, which is the 50th gate of Binah (which Keter of Zeir Anpin comes from) to the Nukva to cleanse and purify it
from the negativity of the 49 Gate of Impurity and to prepare her for unification with Zeir Anpin, as it says:

:‫לולֵ יכֶ ם אֲ טַ הֵ ר ֶא ְתכֶ ם‬

ּ ּ ִּ‫ומ ּכָ ל ג‬
ִ ּ ‫אותֵ יכֶ ם‬
ֹ ‫רתֶ ם ִמ ּכׁל טֻ ְמ‬
ּ ַ‫וטה‬
ְ ּ ‫הורים‬
ִ ֹ ‫ו ֳַזר ְק ִּתי עֲלֵ יכֶ ם מַ יִ ם ְט‬
etchem ataher gilulechem umikol tum’otechem mikol utehartem tehorim mayim alechem vezarakti

Part 1 - Meditate to create the Keter for the Nukva:

Chesed (aspect of water) of Tiferet of Zeir Anpin is divided to 2:
The first part goes up and creates Keter of Zeir Anpin (as completion for the all night study) and;
The second goes to the behind and start to create Keter of Nukva.

Part 2 - Meditate to draw illuminations for the Keter of Nukva:

Yud Hey of AV = 35 = (‫יוד הי )ע"ב‬ Miluy AV = 46 = (‫וד י יו י )מילוי ע"ב‬
Yud Hey of SaG = 35 = (‫יוד הי )ס"ג‬ Miluy SaG = 37 = (‫וד י או י )מילוי ס"ג‬

(equals 153) = Mikve (151= ‫ )אלף הה יוד הה‬+ 2 Names (AV & SaG)
In this Mikve the Nukva is purified and she is ready to start the elevation
(for Nukva’s Keter to be equal) to Zeir Anpin’s Keter and for the final unification with Zeir Anpin in Musaf.
1st immersion: ‫ָי‬
2nd immersion: ָ‫ה‬
3rd immersion: ָ‫ו‬
4th immersion: ָ‫ה‬
5th immersion: ‫ נוצר חסד‬- ‫ המזל השמיני‬- ‫אור החסד העליון – הרצון העליון‬
