A.3 As the corrosion resistance of stainless steels is only ensured with a metallically clean surface, layers of scale and annealing colours produced during hot forming, heat treatment or welding should be removed as far as possible before use. Finished parts made of ferritic and martensitic steels with @ minimum of 10,5 % Cr also require the best surface condition (e.g. polished) in order to achieve maximum resistance to corrosion. 28aun wna se Wax UY XZ ONS Rollins pn Mlcsveaue, 5 veqdbarpettice: aetna x ality. « aiaaee secre: Aga ones sin Ritece ac poe rod = EE ge es ‘sa09d 180] PerAN-1e6y PEIENWIS 10, peaibe oq yeys Buyedusey pu ByYOUENb ‘BuyEAUUE JO SAMIEIETWIO OL g coal er: | = = an oo 1029 0068) (050 - 01 096. = = 09410 + : Ee GL | bs o1ewor caved = = 080 ceva : ee | loc - Ul ome 7 : Jo SS | os | sacar joss ioee |= <7 Veen [onde ¥ j + oma : - | Secu» ol iareea = SR coo | od Bee eee eT aE = — ee ao = = fais a ovh| _v a coor one = SC= Sema] ovs-rcéo |v “|e econ | ReDOPIN [ZING eae | il ones | | ome [|e | oo res, | atu oes | oct OT. mas tucumil | Bo val ora ca ‘s]99)8 sso[U}e3s O})SUSPEW pUe OALLUOS Jo , JUOLI}E,} Jeoy PUL BUILIOS oY 105 SeNyesodwe} o4 UO SeUI|OPIND — Ly eIGeL (a) 2002:22z01 NAEN 10272:2007 (E) 30 Table A.2 — Guidelines on the temperatures for hot forming and heat treatment * of austenitic stainless steels Steel grace ot oming eat Solution annealing ° Steel name Stee! | Temperature | typeof | teaiment | Temperature ¢ | Typeof ‘number “c zooling | #ymbol = cooling X20rNi8-9 14307, 71000 0 1 100 X20rNi19-11 14308 1.00061 100 X20ANINTB-TO 14311 1.00061 100 XSGINTE=10 14301 1.000361 100 XECINITII8-10 14584 1020101 120 X2GINIMOIT-12-2 14404 1.020101 120 X2GINMONTT-11-2 14406 1020101 120 XSOINIMOI7-12-2 14401 a.
