Refer to the heading above, I Humphrey J. Luwumba a clinical officer fully registered by the
medical council of Tanganyika.

I am writing to apply for a position of CASE MANAGEMENT OFFICER advertised by your office
, I have been working with different Hospital for more than 1 year and with corporation –MDH to
Government health facilities as Volunteer COVID-19 Vaccinator , am well organized , objective,
intellectually ,punctual ,flexible , able to communicate fluently in both English and Kiswahili, able to
work in different conditions both individually and as a part of a team with minimal supervision. I believe
that my qualifications and working experiences make me suitable candidate for the post on all duties
and responsibilities mentioned and able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects.

provide a good overview of my strength , skills and experiences.
