Employment History

Now I am working as Electrical and automation Division manager in MengistAb Industrial and
Commercial PLC Kuyu cement factory since August 26th/2021G.C.
Before my recent work I had been working as Senior Electrical and Automation Engineer in Habesha
Cement S.C. (for seven Years) and in Mugher Cement Enterprise as Electrical Engineer and Senior
Electrical Engineer for four Years. At the beginning I had served as Trainer and department head in
Mettu TVET collage in Industrial Electrical Machines and Drives Control Department since July 25,
2008 G.C (for two years and six months).

Project Experiences
Mugher Cement Enterprise 3rd line project: it was a project with 3000TPD clinker production.
Here I actively participated in project installation, commissioning and handing over phases.
Habesha Cement S.C. 3000TPD clinker production and cement grinding project. Here I worked
as project engineer starting from project design. Project execution, commissioning and handing
over, preventive maintenance planning, condition monitoring, technical specifications,
evaluation, etc.
